Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy.

• Build production-grade containerized applications using Docker.

• Apply microservice architecture principles to build scalable and maintainable systems.

• Design, implement, and manage relational databases in Postgres and Snowflake.

• Utilize DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation and modeling.

• Optimize database performance and write efficient SQL queries.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features.

• Stay updated with the fast-changing technology landscape and demonstrate the ability to pick up new skills on the job.

Qualifications:

• Full-time degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Computer Science or related technical field.

• 2 to 4 years of total experience in software development using AI tools

• At least 1 years of experience in relational databases (RDBMS) and SQL.

• At least 2 years of experience in Python API programming.

• Strong proficiency with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy and Pydantic.

• Hands-on experience with DBT (Data Build Tool).

• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts. Experience in Snowflake is great to have.

• Experience in performance tuning and cost optimization in a cloud data platform.

• Proficient with Docker with a good understanding of containerization concepts.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with microservice architecture.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of Apache Airflow is a plus.
