Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Position: Python Automation Lead

Exp. : 5-8 years

Face to Face interview on 15th September, 2025 in Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Lead a QA automation team and take ownership of application quality.
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using
Python
and
Selenium/Appium
.
Build, enhance, and manage
Pytest/unittest
-based test frameworks.
Ensure seamless automation execution through
Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
.
Analyze failures, troubleshoot, and continuously improve framework performance.
Collaborate with global teams and be available for
US overlap calls
when needed.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in
Python (OOPs)
and automation testing.
Hands-on with
Selenium/Appium
for UI automation.
Solid knowledge of
Pytest
,
CI/CD (Jenkins)
, and
Git
.
Good understanding of QA methodologies and test management tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
