Job Role: Python AI Prompt Engineer
Experience Required: 5+ years overall (including 2+ years in Python development) Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python (Django REST Framework or FastAPI).Architect and optimize SQL database schemas and queries for performance and scalability. Build and manage microservices to support modular, high-performing applications. Apply GenAI expertise to integrate and optimize LLM-based solutions, including prompt design, fine-tuning, and API-driven workflows.Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with best practices and industry standards.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, Product, DevOps) for end-to-end solution delivery.Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning of backend services.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
5+ years of overall software development experience.Minimum 2 years of hands-on Python backend development experience.Strong expertise in Django REST Framework or FastAPI.Proficiency with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).Proven experience in Generative AI (LLMs) including prompt engineering and fine-tuning models.Solid understanding of microservices architecture and API-first design.Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery.
