Job Description

About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python AI Developer with proven experience in Generative AI, LangChain, and data pipeline integration tools like Logstash and Elasticsearch.

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

Design and implement scalable and secure AI applications using Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA).
Develop and optimize pipelines using LangChain for prompt engineering, document retrieval (RAG), and intelligent agent workflows.
Build RESTful APIs to expose AI/ML services and integrate them into applications.
Architect and manage data flows from structured/unstructured sources using Logstash and Elasticsearch.
Index, search, and analyze large datasets using Elasticsearch and integrate them with vector embeddings.
Collaborate with product, data, and ML teams to define AI application scope and deliver robust solutions.
Ensure performance, scalability, and security in AI and API services.
Document system architecture, workflows, and API specifications.

Expertise You'll Bring:

4+ years of professional experience in Python development.
Strong hands-on experience with LangChain and Generative AI architectures.
Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.
Solid understanding of Elasticsearch (indexing, querying, vector search) and Logstash for data ingestion and transformation.
Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Cohere, Hugging Face, etc.) and building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
Familiarity with vector stores (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone).
Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
