Role Overview

We're inviting applications from passionate and dedicated PYP Teachers who are committed to nurturing young learners through inquiry-based, student-centred education. The role focuses on developing lifelong learners who lead with wisdom, values, and global awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inquiry-based learning aligned with the IB PYP framework
• Create a safe, inclusive, and collaborative classroom environment
• Plan, prepare, and implement lesson plans that support holistic student development
• Foster curiosity, critical thinking, and independent learning in students
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum planning and classroom practices
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the school community
• Participate actively in professional development and school initiatives

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience in the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
• B.Ed qualification is mandatory
• Strong understanding of student-centred and inquiry-based learning
• Ability to foster collaborative and inclusive classroom environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
