As a PYP Co-ordinator at our school in Bhubaneswar, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation and management of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) curriculum. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the IB PYP curriculum. - Training, guiding, and supporting teachers in IB teaching methodologies and assessments. - Developing unit planners, schemes of work, and ensuring alignment with IB standards. - Organizing workshops, professional development sessions, and collaborative meetings. - Monitoring student progress and promoting inquiry-based learning approaches. - Maintaining communication with IB officials, preparing documentation, and managing PYP evaluation visits. - Collaborating with school leadership for strategic academic planning. - Fostering a positive, inclusive, and innovative learning environment for students and teachers. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Ed degree (Masters degree in Education or equivalent preferred).
