PYP co-ordinator

As a PYP Co-ordinator, your role will involve leading the implementation and management of the IB curriculum at our school in Bhubaneswar. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the IB PYP curriculum. - Training, guiding, and supporting teachers in IB teaching methodologies and assessments. - Developing unit planners, schemes of work, and ensuring alignment with IB standards. - Organizing workshops, professional development sessions, and collaborative meetings. - Monitoring student progress and promoting inquiry-based learning approaches. - Maintaining communication with IB officials, preparing documentation, and managing PYP evaluation visits. - Collaborating with school leadership for strategic academic planning. - Fostering a positive, inclusive, and innovative learning environment for students and teachers. Qualifications required: - 5-10 years of experience. - B.Ed (Masters degree in Education or equivalent preferred). In addition to the above responsibilities, you should have: - In-depth knowledge of the IB PYP framework and philosophy. - Strong academic leadership and people management skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. - Ability to inspire teachers and engage with parents and stakeholders. - Experience in curriculum design, assessment, and evaluation. This is a full-time, on-campus position with a competitive annual package of 10,00,000 - 13,00,000 INR.
