Qualification: B.Ed (Master’s degree in Education or equivalent preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate PYP (Primary Years Programme) Co-ordinator to lead the implementation and management of the IB curriculum at our school in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in academic coordination, a strong understanding of IB philosophy, and the ability to mentor teachers while maintaining a high standard of student learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the IB PYP curriculum.
• Train, guide, and support teachers in IB teaching methodologies and assessments.
• Develop unit planners, schemes of work, and ensure alignment with IB standards.
• Organize workshops, professional development sessions, and collaborative meetings.
• Monitor student progress and promote inquiry-based learning approaches.
• Maintain communication with IB officials, prepare documentation, and manage PYP evaluation visits.
• Collaborate with school leadership for strategic academic planning.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative learning environment for students and teachers.
