Job Description

Role & responsibilities Activities to be performed: Understand client requirements, research common practices and standards, and check for benchmarking and industry regulations. Facilitate working sessions and process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases Review information and trends to ensure the delivery of comprehensive process documentation Develop clear and detailed process maps based on business requirements Identify risk Bring inconsistencies and problems to managements attention Ensure a high standard of quality in deliverables Taking ownership of assigned tasks. Managing process changes Work on a wide range of projects and collaborate with various groups and teams Consistently demonstrate team dynamics, understand personal and team roles, contribute to a positive work environment, invest in team bonding, and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback. Sense of understanding in next-gen process improvement Ability to learn new technologies within short span as per business needs Ability to analyze and interpret information and content Good communication skills (both written and verbal) Proactive approach and ensuring timely completion of assigned work Bachelor's degree in relevant field Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering Experience in facilitating workshops and focus groups Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio and Lucidchart. Familiarity with process improvement tools and techniques (e.g., Lean, Kaizen) Experience in Project Management Strong business/client engagement skills Experience in developing business requirements Experience in developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations Strong aesthetic and conceptual skills Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) Understanding of process improvement Ability to comprehend instructions, visualize and convert content into meaningful visual presentations. Creative thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability to new digital technologies Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
