POSITION SUMMARY: The Technical Lead DAM will lead a global engineering team as well as drive strategic vendor partnerships to deliver creative asset solutions for PVHs Global DAM. Will establish strong partnerships with other functions including product management, business process, PMO, marketing and media to deliver business value through technology PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: oOwn development processes for large scale Nuxeo DAM platform oEstablish great rapport with other engineering teams, product managers, business partners and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain high levels of visibility, efficiency, and collaboration oLead engineering teams distributed across PVH locations globally oEnsure teams have appropriate direction and balance between short-term impact and long term vision oDrive strategic vendor partnerships; ensure vendors deliver to established program/project vision and goals oUnderstand workflow strategies of PVH brands, and partner with product management lead to define creative technology roadmap oCommunicate stakeholders across PVH on key technology initiatives including business benefits, status, progress, and risks/dependencies oUtilize and stay current with modern platforms and methods QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE:Experience: o7+ years of progressive IT experience with 3 years of experience working in a project management and team leadership capacity oStrong experience leading globally distributed teams to deliver technology solutions or digital products oExperience deploying agile ways-of-working to large globally distributed teams oExperience leading large scale technology implementation programs oExperience managing external (vendor or customer) partnerships oExperience with Nuxeo or other enterprise DAM implementation oDeep understanding of Metadata and Enterprise Taxonomy Technical Skills:oJava or JavaScript engineering (jquery, Node.js, polymer, React, Angular, etc. oModern indexing architecture (ElasticSearch, SOLR, Lucene, etc.) oSQL database abstraction / ORM technology oModern NoSQL database (Couch, MongoDB, Cassandra, Hbase, MarkLogic etc.) oQueueing or message service (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.) oKey value store (Redis, memcached, Riak, Dynamo, etc.) Named Job Posting?
