PVC Coating Line Operator

The PVC Coating Line Operator plays a critical role in the synthetic leather production process, ensuring that PVC resins are evenly coated on PU base fabrics to achieve desired textures, durability, and finishes. This position requires technical expertise, precision, and adherence to strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Run coating line equipment and set basic parameters.

• Check coating quality (thickness, finish, adhesion).

• Handle raw materials (PVC resins, PU fabrics).

• Keep records of daily production.

• Follow safety and housekeeping standards.

• Assist in machine cleaning and minor maintenance to ensure smooth operation.

• Report any defects or machine issues to supervisors promptly.

• Support continuous production flow by coordinating with team members.

• Ensure proper storage and labeling of raw materials and finished goods.

• Maintain compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
