Purchase & Store Officer

Graduate or equivalent degree related to supply chain Management.

Should have an experience of minimum 5-7 years in procurement of materials for Hotel Projects.

Strong understanding of material management

Proficiency in using procurement software and systems.

Process purchase requisitions / orders. Follow-up with Suppliers on deliveries and coordinate with Inventory to ensure that all items are delivered on time and updated in the system without delays.

Pass on the purchase order/work order information to Vendors

Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favourable pricing, payment terms and mutually beneficial agreements

Co-ordination with QC for inspection of incoming & outgoing materials and consumables

Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors to avoid production delays.

Coordinating deliveries with transportation providers

Generating reports on inventory levels, sales trends, and cost metrics.

Communicating with other departments like Project team, finance and operations to address inventory management

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
