Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Stores Executive to manage and oversee daily store operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, stock control, and coordination with the purchase and accounts departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.

• Maintain proper records of materials received and issued.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.

• Coordinate with the purchase team for material requirements.

• Ensure all materials are stored safely and organized properly.

• Conduct regular stock audits and verify with physical inventory.

• Generate and maintain reports related to stock movement and consumption.

• Handle dispatch and logistics coordination when required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in store operations.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Any degree or diploma ( preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics / Material Management ).

• 1 – 5 years of experience in store or inventory management

• Strong knowledge of MS Office and inventory software ( SAP / Tally / ERP preferred ).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Any degree
