Job Description

Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect goods and services, such as office supplies, IT equipment, and facility management services.
Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
Monitor inventory levels and manage reorder points to prevent stockouts while optimizing inventory costs.
Evaluate supplier performance and address issues or concerns to maintain strong supplier relationships.
Assessment & Supplier Panel Creation, NDA Sign off
SAP/ERP Knowledge.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
Prepare reports and analysis on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance for management review.
RFQ float to supplier and invite quotes
Supplier cost comparison.
To support routine plant operations by purchasing of required materials at right time at a right quality by ensuring cost effectiveness.
