Maintaining the purchase order and the purchase reports.
Find new vendors and prepare their price list for further reference.
Checking the Purchase order and the quantity of the packing material.
Maintaining good relationship with the supplies and vendors.
Following up for the payments.
Monitoring the status of the Order till the order has been dispatched.
