Position:

Key Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase order processing.
Maintain and update procurement records and inventory data in
Oracle ERP
.
Monitor vendor performance, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure timely procurement of materials.
Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Accounts, and Stores) to forecast material requirements.
Analysed market trends and supplier quotations to recommend cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal regulations, and company procedures.
Prepare regular procurement reports and MIS for management review.
