Deputy Executive / Executive

• Qualification Essential -  B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (1^st Class),Desirable - B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering + SCM
• Work Experience 2 - 8 years
• Experience Description (Minimum 02 years to Maximum 8 years) Must have experience in Procurement, Purchase, SCM, Sourcing of Engineering Equipment.Must have handled overseas Procurement & Purchase activities.Must have complete understanding of P2P process like PR / Indent, PO process. Must have knowledge & handy experiance about SAP/ ERP

  Competency required

  - Negotiation, Import / Export, Sourcing, Procurement, Purchase Order Preparation, Invoice verification, GRN Booking, Payment settlements, Dispute resolution & related activities, Data preparation through Excel & PPT, Handy experiance of ERP / SAP   
• Key Responsibilities 1. Searching of New Vendors, Vendor development, Vendor assessment2. Floating enquiries & Tenders on E-procurement Portals & platforms, Online Purchase3. Technical & Commercial evaluation / comparison sheet preparation & coordination 4. Purchase order preparation, related documentations & follow ups  5. Inter department coordination & follow ups6. Invoice verifications, GRN Bookings  

• Technical

  1 Experience in Capital goods Purchase2 Good Negotiation skills3 Knowledge of Export / Import procedure, Logistics, knowledge of related documents (various types of LC & BG) with appicable INCOTERMS

  Behavioural

  1 Good communication skills (Both verbal & written)2 Good interpersonal skills3 Ready to take challenging tasks & perform under pressure condition

  IT

  1 Working experience of ERP / SAP2 MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook 

1. Quantum of Capex & Technical Purchases for the organization2. Negotiate contract / commerical terms & conditions, pricing, PO preparation 3. Track orders & ensure timely deliveries4. Timely payment settlements to vendorspayment settlements
