Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong vendor partnerships to ensure the best pricing and quality of products.
• Oversee vendor payments and ensure timely processing of invoices.
• Manage vendor development initiatives to enhance product offerings and service levels.
• Conduct procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.
• Monitor market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly to optimize costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and align procurement strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience in procurement or vendor management.
• Strong understanding of vendor partnerships, vendor payments, and vendor development.
• Proficient in procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
