- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals. Source and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, components, and services required in solar manufacturing and installation.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors.
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and audits.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Manage end-to-end purchase cycle including RFQs, PO issuance, follow-ups, and delivery tracking. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Analyze cost structures and negotiate pricing to optimize procurement costs.
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets and forecasts.
- Coordinate with stores and production teams for inventory planning and control.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor contracts.
- Generate regular reports on procurement KPIs and cost savings.
