Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of pipeline materials, equipment, and services
• Develop, evaluate, and maintain a strong vendor base
• Float RFQs, analyze techno-commercial bids, and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery
• Issue Purchase Orders and track material dispatch till site delivery
• Coordinate with Engineering, Site, Logistics, and Stores teams for requirement planning
• Maintain PR/PO trackers, procurement MIS, commercial files, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and drive cost optimization

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification:

  Graduate in Engineering / Supply Chain / related discipline

• Experience:

• Oil & Gas / Pipeline / EPC background preferred
• Strong negotiation, costing, and vendor management skills
• Proficient in

  Excel / Google Suite

• Working knowledge of

  SAP / ERP

  is an advantage
• Mandatory knowledge of

  inter-state GST and commercial terms

• Clear communication and strong coordination abilities
