Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Purchase Manager with strong knowledge in building materials procurement. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely purchase as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchase of building and construction materials
Identify and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement
Maintain purchase records and supplier details
Coordinate with site and management teams
Requirements:
2 to 3 years of experience in building material purchase
Good negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of local suppliers and market rates
Ability to manage multiple orders efficiently
