2. Minimize risks in the procurement process by diversifying suppliers, managing supply chain disruptions, and ensuring materials are available even during unforeseen events.
3. Maintain Strong Supplier Relationships
4. Ensure Quality Compliance along with monitoring of timely closure of NCRs.
5. Good Inter & Intra Department communication
6. Timely monitoring of ordering for all materials along with minimizing the lead time
7. Problem Solving approach
8. Good Conflict resolution abilities-Internally as well Externally
9. Improve Inventory Management and Control
10. Continuously improve the procurement process to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve material quality.
11. Working knowledge of Imports
12. Should be well versed with MIS
