Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage procurement of civil construction materials (Cement & Concrete Materials, Aggregates & Sand, Steel & Reinforcement Materials, Shuttering & Scaffolding, Waterproofing Materials, Flooring & Finishing Materials, Paints & Surface Finishes, Doors & Windows (Civil Scope) ect
Identify, negotiate, and finalize vendors to ensure best price, quality & timely deliveries.
Coordinate with Project, Planning & QS teams to forecast material requirements.
Prepare purchase orders, comparative statements, rate finalization & vendor contracts.
Monitor material usage, inventory, logistics & delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate documentation.
Track vendor performance, resolve supply issues & support billing/payment coordination.
Conduct market analysis for cost control and savings improvements.
