1) Monitor and ensure compliance to Indus Processes and policies including contract and BG
2) Monitor performance of partner in-line with defined KPI and SLA of both parties as per contract
3) Identify areas of improvement and support required by partners
4) Follow-up for closure of all Action Items
(1) Ensuring adequate capacity availability of partners for rollouts
(2) Building pipeline of potential partners including capacity and performance evaluation
(3) Controlling Procure to Pay cycle time
(4) Assist in quality, safety, and project related compliances
(1) Prepare monthly requirement plan basis site roll-out forecast, available inventory and partner delivery schedule
(2) Follow-up and coordination with corporate planning team for on-time material delivery to WH
(3) Coordination with WH Manager to keep tab on available inventory levels
(1) Participate in cost validation and process compliance
(2) Controlling Procure to Pay cycle time
(1) Ensuring adequate capacity availability of partners for rollouts
(2) Building pipeline of potential partners including capacity and performance evaluation
(3) Controlling Procure to Pay cycle time
(4) Assist in quality, safety, and project related compliances
1) Coordination with Stakeholders for closure of Audit points w.r.t. Build Services, IBS, Energy, and Safety Projects
2) Coordination with Stakeholders to ensure Statutory Compliance
(1) SPOC for receiving and resolving supplier queries by coordinating action plan and execution with Stakeholders
(2) Support internal customer by securing support from relevant partner teams and other stakeholders to meet circle targets
Ensure 100% compliance with Indus process and resolve all identified actionable areas within committed time frame
(1) Sourcing Policy
(2) Annual Nil Balance Confirmation
(3) Quarterly Share of Business
(4) Quarterly Market Survey and Price benchmarking
(5) Compliance to Central GBPA and PO Automation
(6) Adherence to PR-PO TAT, Procure to Pay TAT
