The role involves vendor management, order processing, inventory monitoring, and ensuring a seamless supply chain for the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Procurement Management: Identify and evaluate suppliers for lithium battery components and raw materials. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure costeffectiveness. Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials. 2. Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination : Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the production team to maintain optimal inventory. Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to track incoming shipments. Address supply chain disruptions and implement alternative sourcing solutions when necessary. 3. Quality and Compliance: Ensure purchased materials meet the required quality standards and specifications. Work with the quality assurance team to resolve any issues with defective or non-compliant materials. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company procurement policies. 4. Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. Conduct periodic vendor evaluations and performance reviews. Explore opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements through supplier partnerships. 5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements. Generate reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance. Assist in budgeting and forecasting for procurement-related expenses. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in ECE/EEE/Business Administration, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in lithium battery manufacturing or electronics. • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. • Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management. • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. • Preferably Female candidates
