Purchase GRN Entry Associate

We're searching for a meticulous and experienced Purchase GRN Entry Associate to join our dynamic team. If you have a proven track record in Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and purchase entry within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing all purchase-related GRN entries, ensuring seamless inventory management and financial reconciliation. Your expertise in Tally is essential, as you'll be extensively using it for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process all Purchase GRN entries in a timely manner.
• Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and vendor invoices.
• Reconcile discrepancies and communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain precise records of all GRN and purchase-related documentation.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Generate reports related to GRN and purchase activities as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in GRN/Purchase entry, specifically within the FMCG industry.
• Demonstrable proficiency in using Tally for accounting and inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
