Job Description

As a Purchase Manager at a company specializing in manufacturing Desuperheaters, HP LP Bypass Valves, Actuators, Safety Valves, and more, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Creating purchase orders in Tally ERP for invoices received from the principles. - Following up on purchase orders to ensure vendors fulfill the purchase agreement on delivery. - Assessing the performance of vendors based on criteria such as price, credit terms, quality, and timely delivery. - Coordinating with production and design departments to arrange materials on time. - Handling the total purchase department individually and reporting to seniors. - Verifying the receipt of items by comparing items received to items delivered. - Coordinating with different departments to help in selecting materials for projects. Key Skills: - Knowledge of raw materials such as Forgings, Flanges, Casting, Pipes, Stud Nuts, Din Bars, Electrodes, Connections, instruments, Ring, Profile. - Proficiency in English. - Experience in valve industries preferred. Qualifications: - Diploma or Mechanical Engineering degree. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required. Additionally, the company offers benefits such as leave encashment and Provident Fund. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The expected start date for this role is 08/04/2025.
