Job Summary:

The Wellness Shop is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor handling, communication, calling, and Excel, with a strong understanding of purchase and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate with skincare product vendors and suppliers.
• Process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries and timelines.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and reports using Excel.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms with vendors.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as required.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Handle daily communication (calls/emails) with suppliers.
• Assist in developing and implementing purchasing strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in purchase/procurement.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, tables, tracking sheets).
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English), especially over calls.
• Experience in vendor coordination and relationship management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the skincare, cosmetics, or wellness industry is a plus.
• Graduate in Commerce, Business, or related fields.
