Job Description

As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day procurement activities to ensure smooth operations. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Execute purchase orders in SAP system and keep precise procurement records. - Collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements and facilitate timely procurement. - Communicate with local vendors to secure on-time delivery, proper documentation, and adherence to quality standards. - Support in vendor development, negotiate prices, and compare quotes to optimize procurement processes. - Monitor stock levels and place orders promptly to prevent shortages. - Update vendor master data and maintain procurement documentation accurately. - Track purchase order status and address any issues regarding delivery, quantity, or pricing promptly. - Uphold compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
