Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in construction procurement, vendor management, and material coordination to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of construction materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of construction materials, equipment, and site requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare comparative statements.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery to project sites.
• Coordinate with project, site, stores, and accounts teams.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor details, invoices, and documentation.
• Monitor material quality, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure purchases are within approved budgets and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate or relevant qualification in Procurement, Civil Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• 2–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
• Knowledge of construction materials such as cement, steel, sand, aggregates, plumbing, and electrical materials.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation.
