Job Description

Handle day-to-day procurement activities for commercial kitchen turnkey projects.
Create, process, and manage Purchase Orders based on project and equipment requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order confirmations, pricing, production, and timely deliveries.
Source capital goods, equipment, and materials as per project/design specifications.
Follow up on delivery schedules and ensure materials are received within project timelines.
Coordinate with Finance for vendor payments, invoices, and payment-related documentation.
Support import-related procurement activities, including tracking shipments and maintaining required documentation.
Maintain updated vendor records, pricing details, purchase data, and procurement documentation.
Coordinate effectively with Project, Design, Finance, and other internal teams.
Ensure procurement activities are aligned with project requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
