Job Description

Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Procure solar materials such as solar panels, inverters, cables, mounting structures, AC/DCDBs, and electrical accessories.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing, and material availability.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on timely material delivery.
Coordinate with Project, Stores, Accounts, and Engineering teams.
Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and inventory-related documentation.
Ensure materials meet required technical specifications and quality standards.

Requirements:

13 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in the solar or electrical industry.
Basic knowledge of solar and electrical materials.
Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP knowledge is an added advantage
