Key Responsibilities:

• Send RFQs to suppliers and prepare quotation comparisons.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Coordinate with vendors and plants for shipment follow-ups.
• Track the procurement cycle from RFQ to purchase order and vendor payment.
• Prepare MIS reports and analyze procurement data.
• Support new vendor development and qualification.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.

Required Skills:

• Experience in pharmaceutical API / intermediate procurement.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Understanding of commercial taxation and its impact on procurement.
