- Demand Planning and forecasting & analysis of the forecasting accuracy
- Well versed with the concept of MRP cycle and experience in running the MRP cycle
- Ensure safety stock at NRL & all units
- Dynamic categorization of stock basis the SKUs
- Continuous discussion with NRL and units in finalization of the indent
- Follow Up with procurement for the in transit stock
- Analyze material consumption trends and forecast for future procurement
- Maintaining optimum level of inventory through various analysis
- Serving as a back-up for direct procurement
- Tracking SCMs budget utilization
- Cost optimization and savings projects to reduce supply cost
- Generate SCM related MIS
- Analysis for variance in supply cost
- Handle independently audit requirements related to SCM
- SCM Spoc for the new Unit
- Ensure timely cycle counting process completion in NRL and other units
- Ensure zero stock out in NRL and other units
