Purchase Executive

Location: South Delhi (Fatehpur Beri, near Chhatarpur)

Timings: Mon-Sat, 9:30 AM-6:30 PM

About the Role

We are a Merchant Exporter of Indian Puja Items and Kitchenwares. We source products from manufacturers across India, pack them at our Delhi warehouse and export them worldwide.

We are looking for a smart and reliable person to handle product sourcing and purchase. The role involves finding suppliers, comparing products and rates, coordinating purchases and following up on orders until completion. Experience in Purchase, Sourcing, Merchandising, Vendor Development or a similar role is preferred.

What You'll Do

• Source products and identify suitable suppliers across India.
• Compare products, quotations and commercial terms.
• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse regarding orders and deliveries.
• Research unfamiliar products and find suitable solutions when required.

What We're Looking For

• Good communication and computer/Excel skills.
• Systematic, organized and excellent at follow-ups.
• Smart, willing to learn and able to take responsibility for getting work done.
• Comfortable working with new products and suppliers.
