Job Description Purchase Executive Preparing Purchase Orders and getting approval of the same Follow-up with the Vendors for materials on time. ¢ Ensuring that required materials are available depending upon production plans ¢ Negotiation with new vendors for best quote. ¢ Prepare comparative quotes. ¢ Maintaining records of goods ordered and received. ¢ Tracking and analysing spend value to identify opportunities of cost reduction. ¢ Establish accountability and ownership of the purchase deliverables. Qualifications and Skills Excellent skills, both written and verbal in English.Should have typing speed & Strong Microsoft Excel skills and Arithmetic.
