Purchase Executive ( Mechanical)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive with a Mechanical background, ideally experienced in sourcing for fire fighting installation projects. The candidate will be responsible for the procurement of technical materials, equipment, and services, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in fire fighting/MEP industry)
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage suppliers for mechanical/fire fighting components (pipes, valves, pumps, sprinklers, etc.)
• Issue and manage purchase orders as per project/site requirements
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with site and project teams for specifications and deliveries
• Maintain procurement records and ensure vendor compliance
• Monitor inventory and support logistics coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
