Job Description

Identify and develop reliable suppliers for fabrics, trims, packaging materials, and accessories. Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best deals with vendors. Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials as per production schedules. Coordinate closely with the merchandising, sampling, and production teams to meet order timelines. Maintain accurate records of purchases, delivery schedules, and supplier details. Track inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages. Follow up on pending deliveries and ensure quality checks upon receipt. Evaluate vendor performance and assist in building long-term supplier relationships. Manage import materials (if applicable) and coordinate with logistics teams for smooth dispatch.
