Job Description

Job Title: Purchase Executive
Location: Sonale Village, Bhiwandi
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Week Off: Friday
Gender Preference: Male Candidates Only
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for procurement of raw materials as per production requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to improve cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Conduct vendor evaluation based on pricing, quality standards, reliability, and capacity.
Make vendor visits as needed to verify production capacity and process standards.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Maintain accurate purchase records, PO tracking, and inventory coordination.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays.
Work closely with store, accounts, and production departments.

Additional Requirements:

Must be open to travel PAN India for vendor development and audits as per company requirement.
Should have good communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and purchase processes.
