As a Purchase Executive for Sheeraj Projects Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing procurement activities for interior projects. Your role will involve handling vendor management, ensuring timely material delivery, and maintaining quality, timelines, and pricing alignment with project goals. Key Responsibilities: - Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery timelines with vendors - Maintain updated records of purchase orders, quotations, and delivery information - Evaluate vendor offers, compare quotations, and finalize deals - Coordinate with design, accounts, and site teams for material requirements - Ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays - Maintain documentation and support audit/compliance requirements Qualifications & Experience: - Graduation in any discipline (Commerce, Supply Chain, or similar preferred) - Minimum 3 years of experience in interior or architectural procurement - Proficiency in documentation, negotiation, and vendor coordination - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask under deadlines Please note that the job type is full-time with benefits like a flexible schedule, Provident Fund, and a yearly bonus.
