Taking Prior Approval From General Manager of Hospital Preparation of Manual Purchase order & Fax it to supplier Follow Up with supplier After receiving material giving it to concerned Dept. through delivery boy after entering it into Capital Register. Delivery boy will take sign of person receiving material
