Job Description

Job Summary:

Looking for a Purchase Executive position in a growing safety system organization. Handling purchase and supply.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

Research potential vendors.
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Review quality of purchased products.
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.]
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Procure materials for the site and ensure their delivery via a delivery partner.
Organize train and bus tickets for employees traveling across Pan India.
Coordinate snacks and meals for clients visiting the office, as well as for birthdays and company celebrations.

Education:

Bachelors in any field.

Required Skills and Capabilities:

Strong knowledge of MS Office.
Good computer knowledge.
Good problem-solving skills.
Use applications like Porter, Blue Dart, Track on etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Understanding industry regulations and safety standards is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Location: Lodha Supremus, Kolshet Road, Thane(W)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,845.67 - ₹27,000.00 per month
