Job Description

As a Purchase Executive- Electrical, you will be responsible for budgeting, costing, and cost-saving by reviewing available management information. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collating purchase orders and purchase requisitions to order materials, goods, and suppliers. - Interacting with suppliers on a daily basis. - Reviewing deliveries against orders and ensuring optimal stock levels. - Evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and preparing reports on orders and costs. - Creating and maintaining good relationships with key suppliers for high-quality merchandise delivered on time. - Researching potential vendors, comparing offers, and negotiating contract terms and pricing. - Tracking orders, ensuring timely delivery, and reviewing the quality of purchased products. - Entering order details into internal databases, maintaining updated records, and preparing reports on purchases. - Monitoring stock levels, placing orders as needed, and coordinating with warehouse staff for proper storage. - Attending trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends. Desired profile of the candidate: - Hands-on experience with purchasing software. - Understanding of supply chain procedures. - Solid analytical skills for creating financial reports and conducting cost analyses. - Negotiation skills.
