Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage the entire procurement process from purchase planning to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to achieve optimal value for the company.
Prepare purchase orders (PO) accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory levels, track deliveries, and resolve any issues that may arise during the procurement process.

Job Requirements :

2-6 years of experience in purchase management or related field.
Strong knowledge of purchase operations, including purchase planning, PO creation, vendor negotiation, and contract administration.
Proficiency in using ERP systems such as [insert specific system names].
