Location: Rakhial Experience: 2 to 4 Years Company Description DERMATOUCH specializes in dermocosmetics with a commitment to providing skin-safe formulations infused with clinically proven actives We address various skin issues such as acne, scars, pigmentation, and more to help our customers have glowing and healthy skin Based on the core values of transparency, simplicity, respect, and results, DERMATOUCH aims to shift the focus from fair to flawless skin, offering products that nourish and rejuvenate the skin Our vision is to be the most preferred dermocosmetics skincare brand, helping customers achieve flawless skin irrespective of their complexion, Purchase Executive Key Responsibilities Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and develop new suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and packaging components Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company standards Purchase Order Management: Create and manage purchase orders, track inventory levels, and optimize stock levels Cost Control: Analyze market trends, negotiate prices, and implement cost-saving initiatives Quality Assurance: Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and regulatory requirements Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Bachelor's engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Experience: 2-4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office Industry-Specific Requirements Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cosmetic industry standards Product Knowledge: Familiarity with skin care products and ingredients Soft Skills Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and logistics Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Adaptability: Adapt to changing market trends, supplier issues, and business needs
