Purchase Executive

As a Purchase Executive at Cyrix Health Care, your role involves various responsibilities to ensure smooth functioning of the procurement process. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Preparation of Monthly KPI Sheet to track the number of Purchase Orders closed and Open List - Daily monitoring of the Pending Dashboard PR Status - Providing status updates on Pending PR to all Divisional & Zonal Managers in relation to Dashboard Complaints - Following up with OEM/Vendor for one-time service Complaints - Obtaining Service Reports from the concerned Vendor/OEM after one-time Service visits - Collecting quotations from concerned Vendors for any spare parts required after a one-time service visit - Sharing quotations with Divisional & Zonal Managers for further processing - Daily follow-up with all Vendors according to the raised Purchase Orders - Tracking dispatched materials from Vendors and regular follow-up with Courier Companies - Communicating with Vendors via Calls & Emails post receipt of materials for GRN from Concern Department - Daily sharing of PO Reports with Reporting Manager - Collecting Pending Invoices of 28 Accounting of UP Zone - Receiving all parcels, maintaining data/Register of Courier Receipt Book, and sending it for further processing Qualifications required for this role include a B-Tech in Biomedical Engineering.
