Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive from the Real Estate / Construction industry to manage procurement activities efficiently. The candidate should have strong vendor management skills and a clear understanding of material requirements used in real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end purchase of construction materials, equipment, and other project-related items.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
• Maintain and update purchase records, price lists, and vendor databases.
• Coordinate with the project site team to understand material requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
• Prepare purchase orders (POs) and follow up for delivery schedules.
• Check and verify quality of received materials as per specification.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor market trends and compare pricing to get the best rates.
• Work closely with accounts team for invoice verification and payment processing.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of real estate & construction materials.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & basic ERP/Purchase software.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and handle pressure.
• Strong documentation & follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
