Job Title: Purchase Executive (Civil)

Location: Anand (with on-site travel across India)
Travel: Required as per project location

Role Overview:

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day purchasing activities, sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials to the project sites and factory.

Responsibilities:

• Procure materials and supplies as per project requirements and in alignment with budget constraints
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for quality and cost-effectiveness
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings
• Monitor the status of orders to ensure timely delivery to project sites and the factory
• Ensure the quality and specifications of the procured materials meet project standards
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and vendor communications
• Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to determine material needs
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers regarding deliveries or quality
• Prepare and submit periodic purchase reports to senior management

Qualifications & Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sector
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier management
• Proficiency in ERP & Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
