Assist in purchase order creation and processing in SAP.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to gather raw material requirements.
3. Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
4. Maintain updated records of vendor communications and PO status.
5. Support in vendor management activities, including onboarding and documentation.
6. Look after Stores to ensure smooth material flow and quality compliance.
7. Assist in monitoring inventory levels and raising alerts for reordering.
8. Support senior procurement executives in day-to-day operations and documentation.
