• Monitor indents and match material received with requirements.
• Verify BOM documents against ordered quantities.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with accounts/stores for supply-related charges.
• Maintain indent register and supplier evaluation sheets.
• Work on improving delivery timelines.
